Where am I?

sometimes I wish I had twins.

My head is still pounding...that makes it day 5!

I'm working through my problems and I think eventually I'll feel like my old self again. Right now I feel misplaced somehow. I don't feel like anything I'm doing is right and I have this incessant sinking feeling.
I'm going out to buy some Bailey's!!!
