So when I got to work today I got yelled at for being rude to a customer. Aparently she complained to my boss. So I was feeling pretty bad about it so I went down to were she works and started to apologize to her. Half way through my apology she cuts me off and says, wasn't you! She then went on to describe my coworker and walked me back to workk so that she could tell my boss who it really was. My boss apologized to me and told the lady she would talk to the right person about the incident.
The moral is apologize when you do some thing wrong. If I hadn't I would have been in trouble for something I didn't do!
