<3 know exactly how that feels. even not knowing what in particular is causing the stress mess, I feel you. take a minute to be alone, and just take a deep breath. or, do what i do -- i get in my car and put in a CD that i can sing loudly to (sometimes angry music!) and I drive around, singing so loud that there's no room for the stress. I dance a bit as well. So, I drive and sing my heart out and don't come home until I start losing my voice...
