So I am back and have one helluva scar to show for my absence.



I got in a fight and a dude tried to slit my throat.....



I was not going to mention this but I figured WTF.

Actually that scar is from a double thyroidectamy performed to remove a cancerous mass the Dr's found. This was found early so the prognosis is good for me. I have to clean my lifestyle up a bit, so I quit smoking and have to cut down my alcohol use..

There were complications to the surgery to my digestive system that sent me to the ER and they had to screen me with the same tests that found my Thyroid cancer. Those tests however came back good much to my relief. It has been a long couple of months but I finally feel a bit of closure to it and I can get back to my life. I feel pretty damn good mentally and physically I am getting better everyday.

I am going to make an effort to rekindle friendships and cultivate new ones. I am not very good at that but I feel there really isnt any other reason to be on this site.

Oh and I am going to get a tattoo on my neck to cover the scar.....
