What kind of a profit margin do you expect to see from the first few houses you build ?

Sadly the real estate market around here is taking a hit now from the shitty economy , I hope it does not crash like it did back in 1992 Hopefully the seattle - kent area wont drop too much cause that would make for a shitty time to start a construction company
