For the last ten days or so I have been having some very unusually vivid, sometimes disturbing dreams. One is described in my previous blog. Anyone ever go through bouts of unrestrained dreaming? Does it affect your waking hours like it does me?

are you going thru a shift in your life? is there something from your past that is surfacing up in your dreams? usually the more chaotic our dreams are usually a representation to how chaotic we are feeling from within mentally/emotionally... i make sure to meditate and do yoga once a day especially during times when life gets busy, if i dont take the time to unplug from all the stress... i spend my nights tossing and turning with unpleasant dreams.
