you should tell the manager, but it should be about the other staffs problems with Mark firt and foremost and your problem with him should be secondary. This will show that you'r thinking about the team as a whole and not just yourself which will show you in a positive light as you're obviously trying to make sure the team dynmaic doesn't suffer (sorry for such a wank phrase). If the store manager is ny good he'll act upon this and realise that Mark is casuing problems not only to the team but yourself adn will step in.

Remember that once you get in to managment you have to be prepared to be disliked as well as liked and as long as your disliked for the right reason then that's ok. If you're disliked becasue you're being a twat then your doing something wrong, in this case one person will hate you but it's a price worth paying to make a good impression and keep the rest of the team happy.
