I'm back from my trip to Alabama now! Roll TIDE! I never was an Auburn fan. 
I went to my family reunion. We took some pictures so maybe everyone can see what my crazy family looks like.
It was alot of fun, I saw relatives I haven't seen in along time... and I got some pickles from Uncle Carl!

Ahem, yes, well...
We had our family reunion, and I think I have the coolest family on earth. We're pretty fun, we eat lots and lots. and some of them show it!
But it's the southern thing to do, we gotta eat at every occasion! and cook for other people too.
I also got to spend time with my uncle from Spain (when he leaves at the end of the summer he's going to Iceland, and I'm gonna go visit him!) and my little twin cousins, they're awesome!
It's funny, I look at my family, and I see where I came from. Not just genealogically speaking, but I see alot of them in me. It's a parker family guy trait, we're all jovial, and we all seem to have that different outlook on life. It's about life, and the experiences, and friendships and family... not money or cars or houses or any of that worthless crap. We're all so similar! And they were all so proud of me cause I'm going to culinary school! Old family cookbooks got broken out, and they all promised to send me recipes!

And I love pickles too. MMmmm, I tried making them once but they tasted like crap.
You going to culinary school? Well Now I'm just JEALOUS. I always wanted to do that. Costs too much.
