Hey you crazy kids! Time has been moving so fast - we all need to remind ourselves to slow down a bit and try to enjoy things. My job has been busy and drama filled but I've been pushing to get out and take care of myself.

I've been on a low carb, lots of veggies and protein diet and I've been doing really well. If only I could manage to work out and hoop more. I've committed to going to Trekka's for hooping on a weekly basis and doing yoga on my weekends off. I have only managed to do one or the other over the last month. I've been super stressed at work so I try to go easy on myself for my sanity.

Being a zombie for the night was great - so good to just act goofy
Trekka has been a great friend to me here in the ball sac. She deals with me bitching about her home, california - and bitch about life in general.

Today is my one day off this week and its been filled with self-improvement, smoking, drinking, tanning, and now Hot Tube Time Machine... Fuck yeah

My mind has been filled with thoughts and preparations of Hell City. It's just around the corner kids, I can't fucking wait!
