our camping trip got cancelled cause of the threat of severe weather over the weekend. i still haven't noticed an actual thunderstorm as of yet...but thats how it goes. we spent friday night hanging out with some of the people we were supposed to camp with..and it was nice to meet them. i also realized i need more friends over 30.

next weekend blackcorvidae and i are going to upstate NY to try a new camping n fishin place to make up for this weekend. i'm really really looking forward to it...and the place looks awesome.

oh and my sewing class....was awesome! i made a cute lil drawstring bag / backpack with pink polka dots and green froggies. i'm going to send it to my niece lily. i'll try to take a picture before i put it in the mail!

in other news...i have joined a few new groups round here. geezers is fun....and i like the sprogfree group too. heh. i suppose i'm trying to find a reason to stick around this site....i'll let you know how that works out.
