Well I did it. I re-enlisted yesterday for another 4 years in the Army. I've already been active duty for 9 years and really don't see myself doing anything else, first off I'm good at what I do, I enjoy it and I don't really know how to do anything else. The best part is that come December 10th 2007, I'll be going to Europe for the next 4 years. I don't know where exactly, maybe England or Italy or the Netherlands, but most likely Germany. I don't really care where because everything's in driving distance there. Besides, the only times I have ever really stepped foot in Europe was in route to and from Egypt and Iraq. I'm pretty excited; it will be the best opportunity to totally start a new life after my divorce. Anyway, I only have 7 months left here in beautiful Albuquerque NM, so if anyone wants to have a few drinks, now is the time!
