Well the move was successful until I arrived at my new home. Nothing dramatic has occurred, well at least not to me. The previous tenants haven't left yet. Despite me having put down a deposit four months ago, surely thats enough notice to quit. But apparently they've got burst water pipes in their new house. Hardly my problem!
But never mind, lancaster is great. Met up with my supervisor, we're off to scotland next week to start some fieldwork. Scotland is amazing in the autumn, I'll take some nice photos [I promise]. Anyway I've been put up in a smaller room somewhere else for the time being, hopefully moving into my king size bed toting room in a couple of days. The most annoying thing is that I can't unpack, I'm used to living in a tidy environment too so this is really frustrating...
Anyway its great to be back amongst my friends and back in the driving seat of my life. Love to all...

Glad to hear that your move went almost with no stress. Can't wait tot see the photos! We haven't had any rain here so our fall is looking to be boring and drab, as the leaves are drying up, turning brown and simply dropping.
