welcome girly. you get the hopeful tag when you submit a set and staff reviews it and either makes you a SG or it goes into member review. SG will send you an email letting you know when it will go up into MR if you requested it to be reviewed by staff and member review. be patient sets that get looked at today are going into member review in like February at this point.
