elysia:
I've just finished re-watching the first series of the X-Files and have just fallen in love with it all over again. It was just so damned good!
elysia:
They're playing near me but it's near impossible to get tickets. I will persist however and no doubt end up spending well over the odds for them on eBay ... dammit!
iris1:
I bloody love that portions for foxes song!
lauralily:
Well all I can say is you must be a hell of a lot cooler than me because I've hardly heard of any of them. May I also add watch out for 'Homicide' in 2006.
lauralily:
Aha! I got it right this time Daddy-o eeek wink actually you're probably right, Muse are from the small town next to mine and while the were only moderately famous they still played lots of secret gigs in the local area, but as they are more internationally reknown they seem to be in denial that they are from the scummy seaside town we call Teignmouth!
lauralily:
I'm studying Design Photography at Plymouth Uni, but the campus is actually in Exeter, it's a degree and I love it. I still live at home though because I live half way between the 2 so it's easy living!
lauralily:
Sounds strangely familiar I really hoped there'd be a wide breadth of interesting people at uni but they're really quite dull apart from a couple. I'm glad I live at home too, I stayed at my friends flat in student digs once and the noise was just horrendous. I'm all for the having a good time thing but I'm glad I doon't have to sleep through it every night! What you do sounds very interesting and very complicated so for that I take my hat off to you, but it sounds waaaaay above my intellectual capabilities!
Damn it! Wrote to myself again!
lauralily:
Yes tis all true, my friend's flat go so bad they had to call pest control! Anywho this shall be my last post for today as my eyes are going fuzzy surreal but let us continue this discussion tomorrow!
ryuu:
Thanks for solving that mystery for me!
they were good books
chewymoo:
I have to agree with ya buddy on the Gary Barlow comment biggrin
lauralily:
Once I have a camera small enough, it will never leave my side either, I've missed so many 'decisive moments' and it sucks frown
lauralily:
Complicated story. Basically I've got an immune system disease where my body rejects it's own organs, my eye seems to be the spot it likes attacking the most.
lauralily:
It's set in stone sadly frown They can keep it stable with medication and this awful surgery I had a few weeks ago - while I was awake, but it will go eventually. Could get worse to if it spreads around the rest of me. I'm good for now though, still happy and trying to get as much as possible out of life.
lauralily:
Yeah you are right. I'm not really a religious person but I've taken it as a symbol from a greater being to do something good with my life. So I better hurry up and do it. I'd love to photograph for this site.
lauralily:
Nooo stop! You're tempting me to just quit uni and see the world! eeek
iris1:
I haven't heard it and may have to now!
lauralily:
I have edited mine either, just scanned them cropped them and left it at that!
elysia:
Bob Fossil is an excellent man .... I love the way he describes the animals wink
lauralily:
Hello, very nice skylines may I say, you put me to shame frown
lauralily:
Oh yes that sound awfully familiar! No matter what happens for my 21st I garuntee I'll be playing mother hen as I'm the only one who doesn't drink!
lauralily:
Haha, yeah kids parties rock, my friend had a children's birthday for her 18th to celebrate the end of her childhood. We played all the classic games like musical Chairs and statues, had pink fairy cakes and we had to wear party frocks! some people totally turned their noses up but at least everyone who went remembered it for the right reasons!
lauralily:
Haha yeah same here, although I'd like to think I'm closer to childhood despite what some of my friends will say, I just don't want to grow up too much that badly yet!
elysia:
The next time I attend a funeral I will make sure to take a dictaphone with a few key words on it.
