It's been a long time, but a busy time, full of illicit exclusive government affairs. Not the romantic kind of course, but the work-kind, the office 9-5 (which never means 9-5), the press conferences, the hearings at City Hall and interviews with local politicians. My own role in all this is mild and translucent; the girl scribbling in the corner whose words will be printed but never tagged with her name. And I should point out that actually much government's goings on are not nearly as secretive as they seem; we're allowed to be in every City Council meeting, and at every weekly Board of Election meeting, and so on. If more people went to them, our politicians might feel that they were being held more accountable.

At any rate, I've felt that this new job, particularly around the elections, was more important than flaunting myself naked for cash. I miss you guys though, so while I might not submit another set right away, I want to spend a bit more time "here." And at some point, I would like to shoot another set.
Speaking of which, for people who know New York, have you encountered any places that seem like SG must-be sets? Besides brooklyn's beautiful subway cars, that is.

My set-dream is actually in an industrial waterfront town somewhere upstate. With fire-escapes and abandoned buildings. In fact I was mucking around in one a couple weeks ago before things started getting cold...
