You'll have to find an artist who is willing to tattoo without a black outline. Both times when I got my red one and my white one the artists were very hesitant. It's like they couldn't figure out what to do with out an outline to follow. There is talk of the tattoo spreading without the outline, but that's a bunch of bullshit. They will all spread to some degree. What's the difference between one ink and another?
