i posted this in the dogs group, but figured it was a good blog until i have more time for a real one:

this picture is actually 8 months in the making. lady is an abused rescue, and is very distrustful of men. she was totally vicious, then aloof towards dash when we first started dating and up until a few weeks ago. recently, she's let him pet her for short periods of time, or allowed him to walk her. and now, this. it totally warmed my heart today
