I am officially retired. I know I know. I tore my labrum (part of my shoulder) a couple weeks before Olympic Trials. After trials I had surgery (after being misdiagnosed for 2 months by the trainer here at school). The coach told me he was going to drop my scholarship down to $500 for the year so I basically told him to piss off. After lots of thinking about it in the month since, I have decided I will no longer be competing. It just isn't worth it anymore; 4 surgeries and a fractured vertebrate along w/ everything else.. I am just done. But happily done. I accomplished a lot; won a couple national titles and I good to go. Time to move on with life; which includes...

After next week I will only have 2 more semesters to go until I am graduated! WOOT! I am working on going to Italy to study over the summer; and my peeps and I from CO are getting together to form an online art community/ gallery. It's pretty exciting; me on that to come. Also more pictures to come as well.

So that guy a year ago that I was a bit confused about; yeah; we are still together. There was a rough patch after Olympic Trials where things were not ok; but we are trying to work through things now. Sort of amazing considering all of my boy issues in the past. More on him later too; this is just an update

I have my own delightful apartment here in lovely OKC. My co-dependent DHS cat and I live happily creating delicious food in my kitchen.
I am working as a secretary at a counseling center; so if anyone in OKC gets a DUI there's a good chance I will check you in for group. So make sure to say hi
