thats an interesting dreams. i think the part of the Apes throwing you orange and then you were the scientist mean: you were looking outside of your working group before and didnt feel that you were part of it. then you decided to take part of that group and start working and feel like you belong to that group of people. and you began to fight for that group aswell so they can go through hard part. You became like a leader as you were the only one who decide to fight the wolf. (wolf could be your fear or prejudices in front of a situation or a person) The blood you have lost is the energy you have put into your work and because you work a lot, well you dont have that much energy left. So you have to take a rest or vacation (meaning of the hospital)
