I am very happy with my new job. I have two bosses instead of like 8+ and there is technically one other person that can tell me what do to. I also really enjoy the work, it involves a lot of boxed lunches and small banquets. I have my first wedding with the company this weekend.

Being happy at one's job is a blessing that many people don't have. I'm glad things turned out this way for you. Sometimes something good comes out of a tempoary setback.
While things will really kick into high gear when I take my trip to Canada to spend a month with Kathy and get to know whether we're compatible, I now also consider myself as having one person who can tell me what to do. Of course in a different context and setting than you.
