Howdy, all...
I'm back-ish, but still short of time and energy. I desperately need about a week of sleep. It's [i[so tempting (for a number of reasons) to take my entire year's allotment of vacation as soon as next year kicks in, but, alas, that probably isn't practical.
For those curious about the current state of my dramas:
The girl is better and started back at work today.
My ex and I pretty much patched things up, although with our schedules I haven't seen much of her and I miss her. It will probably take a few nights of making fun of Buffy episodes together before things really get on the road back to normal.
I'm tired a lot.
And Grand Theft Auto is fucking fantastic.
Expect a slow but steady resumption of my normal SG barrage of commentary. I won't get there for a while, but I do check in all the time and I miss you crazy bastards.
Incidentally, if any of you crazy south-o-the-border bastards wouldn't mind acting as a shipping address for me, I really need one of these but QVC (the fuckers bought ALL of them, according to /.) won't ship to Canada. They suggested I call QVC Canada, but neither their web page nor the rest of the fucking Internet has ever heard of QVC Canada, so I may just need some kind soul in the states to have this shipped to them and have them in turn ship it to me.
Holy hell, did I ever adore my 64. My Commodore 64. *sings*
I missed the Pixies last week, but I gave my tix to my housemates, which was cool. (Especially because I get to knock them off next month's rent! Whee!) However, dholokhov was nice enough to lie to me and tell me that the show sucked and that I missed nothing!
Anyways - I'm gonna make some steps towards bed, cats n' kittens. I'll be back soon!

Dogslife and Ginny, once the gf is up to travelling, I propose you, me, she, and if she be up to it, the grrl of photos, in a spiffy pub/cafe somewhere. There should ideally be fancy beers or deserts. Possibly both. Or deep-fried stuffed jalapenos. I'm easy.
