I am working on saving the world as we speak.
It's my every waking action in force.
I am the love, and the hope.
I just need to get this damn degree so people will take me seriously as a grown up.
xmt:

wynter:
Yay for snowboarding. I envy you terribly, being in Vancouver.. although it's still ahike to the hill, and so damned expensive.

I'm lucky, I teach, so I ride for free.

I totally could have used some of your 'fave music this weekend, I wanted to dance terribly badly and there was nothing going on..
brandy:
Considering the fact that I like myself I give the inside me a 8 or 9. Not a 10 cause I'm not perfect...very far from it, but I am happy with some of my imperfections.
wynter:
Ack! Don't tell me about it.

Guess that's what I get for only ever riding the BC interior. That and every person I've met from Vancouver refuses to even mention anyhting but Whistler. How misleading! ^_~

Oh well.
razzell:
Oh yes!! Motivate me! That's in response to the comment you made in my journal.

Now to comment on your journal entry.

That's what I try to do also. It's all I can do really, just help the people around me.Like Lunna says. It's the little things that mean so much: A hug, a shoulder to cry on,a kind word,a sympathetic ear,a smile,humor...It's all that most of us can do in our own little corners of the world.

I am unfamiliar with this Corporation film you speak of... damned one-horse/one-movie theatre town. skull It looks interesting though, I'll have to rent it when it comes out on DVD.

I can't promise to send you a mix CD anytime soon, but if you'd really like one, email me with your snail mail addy and I'll see if I can get something in the mail to you. smile
angelvanilla:

Yea,Yea...I know.t.v.'s evil, but we all have our little guilty pleasures don't we? I only watch about an hour a day. That's not so bad is it? No worse than internet porn right? wink

Anyways,Rupert's just a big ole burly teddy bear just like your lil Rupert.(That's such a cute name by the way.)He's stranded on an island along with 17 other people with no supplies or anything.I dare you to watch it tonight and not get addicted. biggrin

The store i'm planning to open will consist of body jewlery, clothing, novelty items, and a few arts and crafts. All of my fashion items will have an edge to them (punk, goth, rock).I believe it will do well, because there are no stores like that in this area.
There seems to be a need for it.I know people who drive 2 hours away just for body jewlery.I've recieved nothing but positive feedback,so i'm very optimistic. Also, this is a college town with the college only being a few miles down the road,so that will help a lot also.

Wish me luck! biggrin kiss

wish I was free
hellkitten:
The book was on the Hillside Strangler. Quite a fabulous read. I couldn't put it down. +o)

I saw Monster on tuesday. What an amazing movie. I'd seen a few documentaries on her and the movie was really close to the real deal, took on a more emotional role, though.
babybeezer:
love is never a trap. school and money are.
alyssum:
I was unendingly impressed by your post on the Poly group, that was my first thought about you. Articulate and obviously having your shit together at least enough to arrange such a close group of people around you... which would also imply what I started seeing more of as I read more of your posts - sweet, concerned, interesting to talk to.
razzell:
Update your journal Mister!I love reading it. smile kiss
