Starting your own consulting business, eh? Well, good point is, you'd likely make a ton more money. bad point? You're working ALL THE TIME. and when you do take a day or week off, there's nobody giving you "vacation pay". plus, the job security of a regular paycheck, is somewhat gone.

but, I love working for myself. but I also liked being an employee of a large company. pros and cons either way.

At least I don't have a ton of equipment to move, but I do have to move it 4 times for 1 project, but I suppose that's not much different from a band getting a gig and having to pack the van and unpack it....twice.

No brews for me until well after the shoot is done. It mainly depends upon the circumstance and the project and the client as to whether it's possible or appropriate to open a brew!

oh man i WISH i could get a sleeve next!! you don't even know. i even have a couple artists picked out although of course they live super far away and i would have to be way richer to afford traveling and paying them and such. that doesn't mean i've given up on the idea, i've just set it aside for now.

i haven't shown any tattoo'd body parts on the job yet, but i'm still soooo new. it was annoying having tattoos and having long sessions in my last practicum doing social policy work with saskhealth. there would have been no way that they would have accepted my tattoos in their workplace, so i was sweatin in long sleeves while they wore fugly business casual grandma shirts and such. now i'm in a high school and i think i could get away with it, but the weather means i am always covered up anyways.

what i'm getting at is i think i'm too much a pussy to get a sleeve next what i get will likely be incorporated into another larger piece in the future, because i have this feeling i'll be totally covered eventually, but for now i'm going to do what i've never done before and get an entire tattoo, started and finished, in one shortish session.
