i went to shepperton studios today to do a test for the film version of 'His Dark Materials'. it was a test for the first book, where Lyra falls from a balloon. if you havent read the books - shame on you!
anyways, below are a few images form the test and the journey home. its a beautiful day to be trundling along through traffic on the motorway. i love watching the people in the other cars etc.

I think traffic jams can be nice on a sunny day when you're not in a hurry. My friend here doesnt have a radio in her car so we always try to get near to another car with windows open and music pumping so that we can sing too..but unfortunately at the moment it doesnt really work with this winter weather
No girls on bikes on your way home?
