Currently I still haven't found a vegan brownie recipe I'm totally happy with. Right now I'm cheating by using prepackaged mixes that have no animal products in them and replacing the liquids and eggs with an equal amount of soda. Works pretty good but they are still a bit soft and were impossible to cut or get out of the pan.
The new pan has solved both those problems. I loved the idea of the all edges pan and thought about getting one but decided it would have the same issues with cutting and getting them out so I was thrilled when this pan came out!
