Ok, Ok, First things first.

Yesterday: Court Day:

We went in without a lawyer. After his ex's lawyer talked , he told the judge how there we inacturate information being given, there was no reason to have a emergency custody battle. That his ex has not had our daughter since 2004. Just from november 2005 to january 2008. But his daughter kept asking to come back home and was denied everytime by his ex. The judge talked to casey for about 40 mins in private in his chambers. He told her right out that by the end of everything she will probley be awarded solely to her father. Then she opened up and told him everything she could. He set up as a temperary Visitition right to her mom for now. casey has to go to her house saturday nite from 5 - 7 pm to 830 am monday morning at school. He said he has to follow procedures, while he ordered all of us to see the court apponted counsoler and that. then he will get all the reports and make the final decision. So we have high hopes.
