I'm doing a cleanse right now.

2 lemons
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Cayenne pepper to taste (about mound in a teaspoon)
with a litre or water.

And I feel fuck'in Great. Extra energy to burn, and
my body and toungue likes this mixture so much
I was looking for on the way to class. When you
get hungry, just drink the stuff.

Smoking, drinking, coffee is all sitting at the back
of the bus for now. And god damn it -
I am an alcoholic... but to take a break...
it does feel good.

When I worked at a health food Grocery store, this one diet helped sell shitloads of Maple syrup, that we sold in extremely cheap plastic plastic bowls with lids no less as we bought in bulk and had to divide it up!
Sure those containers were conveniant for us to divide up the maple syrup, but I cnat imagine trying to use one without making a mess or getting waaaay to much maple syrup on ym pancakes.....
