well I havent worked out in about 4 months... and I am seeing the effects!
so today is day one of going to the gym/ working out.
I am doing a buddy pass today and see if I like this new gym and I may sign up.
Today is also a new adventure in I am going to work out with BANGS! haha. to most this is probably not a big deal but I have never had bangs, okay I take that back, i think i was like 7 the last time I had them. I am probably going to end up cross-eyed on the treadmill. haha. I have my bobbie pins to pin them up..
