Ok you said that you were at a coffee shop here in portland a couple weeks ago and I was so confused as to if you were living here now, anyways, don't mind me. I guess I get confused with note writing. The coffee shop I go to is called Star E Rose. Well I should get back to work. O.

technogrrrl:
Hope to see you at the Fresh Pot in Portland. The Hawthorne location...
venice:
I don't actually want to move somewhere no tcity though. Actually, I want to move somewhere more city. Like New York maybe. But I guess it's probably a similar feeling anyway, just wanting very much to be somewhere else. I hope you like Portland. smile
venice:
Ha, yeah, I guess I can see that, reading back over it. I really love out of the way places, and I crave them sometimes, but I think for living, I most want to be in a big city, right in the middle of things, where I can walk to everything I need. There's something about them that makes me happy. I'm in Portland now. And really, it's a perfect, lovely place. It's just that I've been here my whole life, and I need something new.
venice:
NW Portland is very nice, between 23rd Ave and I-405. But it can be a bit spendy. SE Portland, around Hawthorn and Belmont, and also Clinton, is a nice area also, and probably less expensive, and slightly more dog friendly. But you should also join the PDX group and get more advice there. smile
_sarah_:
No, but roughly five interviews per week for six weeks with nothing is pretty discouraging. I don't even get my hopes up anymore.
copillia:
Thanks dude!!
Have fun at the show. kiss
If you wanna meet Dan, we will be at Neo on the 12th. biggrin
