I used to work night shift full time! I was a vampire haha. Good pay but I defs craved the sun on my face ☀

Yuck hate late shifts, messed up my sleep for years. Don't do them now but still a less than perfect sleeper, melatonin tablets are my best friend for going to sleep when my brain tells me to stay awake

I enjoy night shift. The only setback is day life needs attention that you can't do at night.
