1. People do die harvesting corn and herding cattle. The latter of stampedes, and the former from freak harvester-combine accidents. All jobs have a level of casualities; I was almost killed working at a pizza place!
2. Considering how little requirments are needed to be hired to work at a daycare, I don't think they have enough bearing to have an opinion of anything. I really hate daycare places, which is why I pulled my daughter out of it.
