I'm very happy it's Friday today an work is done for the week. Yesterday I had a run in with my manager at work and almost blew my top, to cut a long story short she has pissed off everyone at work with her bullying and harassing manner for a very long time, though I seem to have been spared her bullshit until now. She tried it on me yesterday and I almost lost it, I confronted her today and had a meeting in the boardroom at work and told her exactly what I thought and that I would not tolerate it, which was difficult only because I was still so angry about her continual disrespectful manner and unprofessional behaviour towards me and several of my co-workers. She apologised for the incident in question and seemed to genuinely mean it but it will be interesting to see what happens next week and how long it takes for her to start in on someone else again.... I will be standing up for anyone else she picks on from now on too, it's just not cool.
