what is your favorite musical or rock n roll film?

That is a tough one as i've seen a lot of musicals or movies about music ( concert films)
so i'll go with one of the earliest ones i saw
"Tommy"
I fully realize the film itself is pretty cheesy, but i've always liked "The Who"
and the image of Ann Margaret rolling around in baked beans just kind of fascinated me!
and warped my young mind..

did you ever see "Quadrophenia"?
or is that just a stupid question
