Well I would strongly advise against a roomie if you can avoid it. I just got out of a roomie situation. The water bill was the only bill in his name and I found out he didn't pay it in full for the past year and a half. I had to pay it because it was about to go to collections and I would've gotten screwed on that. He now owes me four hundred bucks and isn't returning my calls or emails. So yeah. Avoid roommies. As for location...I dunno. East St. Louis?...
