smile smile your doing a great job on your house!!! i will be only renting mine, the market for realestate in the DC Metro area is crazy, i think i will have to wait until i start making at least $100,000.00 per year before i can actually look for real frown town houses start here at 450,000. but they go so fast it is major compition with the bidding wars and such. normally you can find that the average for a house is at lowest 500,000. i will be renting for about $2,000. per month. right now my apartment is $1,400. per month. Crazy crazy crazy.... eeek how is the market in NC? was it hard to find your house? and how did the closeing go? i see that you have alot people commenting on your journal so some time if you find you have the time to chat about house stuff...just send me comment!!! have fun with the rest of your week wink
