Take up a new hobby. Enjoy old ones. Make new friends. Finish reading that book you never had a chance to before because you were too busy stroking "Bob's" ego. Sex? Eh. Who needs it? You do? Oh, my bad. Well, for now just be you. This is me time, my friend. Me being you. So live in the now, and don't worry, when you are ready to get out there again, you will, and with much vigour!!!! So be single, and lovin' it!!!!!!!!!!!
You should be happy being single because you never have to fight over where you want to eat, or what you want to do on a certain night. And when you want to go away for the weekend, you don't have to listen to someone whine that they want you to stay home with them instead.
Whats even worse is when you drink yourself silly only to get up at 8am, have a ton of energy and just feel like cleaning everything. At times I think I would rather deal with the hangover than clean my room.
I cant really tell you why you should enjoy being single. I was single for like over a year before Ola and I started dating and I didnt enjoy it much. Some of it was my fault cause I didnt feel like dating for the most of that stint but still...
As for being single, it can be pretty crappy at times, but its always nice that if opportunity does come around, you aren't restricted due to another relationship. being in a relationship also makes it hard to keep who you are in check.
I look at the pictures of the inside of the house. Pretty damn sweet. Where are the pictures of the bedrooms though? I mean... that IS where magic will happen!

SG Texas's band The VeXed are playing, along with some killer local bands from my area!
its turned into a big SG get together / event...with many SGs + members coming out to this from all over the midwest + east coast!
there will be a big SG afterparty at a nearby hotel after the show for everybody to hang out & party more...its really gonna be one hell of a time!

and i dont know if i told you, but Asrai is coming from north carolina too...not sure how close or far she is to ya in case a carpool can be worked out!
