Pretty self indulgent and unnecessarily attention seeky post (sorry) but my sub runs out at the end of the week and I have no intention of renewing, now or ever.
I've always had very mixed feelings about being here and what I think my ethics and morals are when it comes to sex, sex work and where I draw my own personal lines of acceptability (your own boundaries are entirely yours and you face no judgement at all from me, whoever you are, your lifestyle and opinions are yours to live with.)
The more this place feels like a business for profit and less just a community of alt culture pervs having some mutual titillation together, the harder I find it to rationalise paying to take part. Especially when, really, I'm not convinced this particularly IS a community. It might be for models but I don't particularly think it is for members, certainly not one worth paying for when there's plenty on the Internet that don't charge and offer more engagement.
There's a handful of you, members, hopefuls and SGs alike that I genuinely will miss talking to. There's some great people on here and I wish every one of you the best. I have been asked to exchange contact information with a couple of you recently after admitting I didn't have long left, I hope you don't take it personally that whilst I am very tempted, I'll be declining across the board and simply saying goodbye.
I've been extremely guarded over many aspects of my identity during my time here, I've enjoyed that this community has given me complete anonymity to be myself, a sexless, genderless shadow. I've been able to be me, express myself and just be "Sossy." Some of you have made assumptions about who or what I am but I imagine most of you don't give a fuck and I like that.
So thanks to you, the little handful of friends I've made here, you've been a giggle and kept me entertained through many hours of procrastination. Maybe we'll bump in to each other by accident in another arm of the social media sphere.
