It looks like it stops uploading to the site after a while, but it really does keep going. It just looks like it freezes.
It helps if you have a firewall with a little icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, that shows internet traffic. Watch that instead of the website progress thing.
Actually, what I usually do is tell it to upload the video, go away for a while once it starts, then come back and return to my profile page.
Heh....omg! Trying to load videos onto this site is a PAIN! I was thoroughly convinced that every time I tried to upload a video, I was crashing the whole site! Cause everytime y video was like halfway through....the site would go down for like 10 or 15 minutes.
hmmm...gee....I hope I wasn't really crashing the site....that would be rather embarrassing.
I just tried, and it seemed to upload fine... but it was a test, and very short. maybe you should shoot something shorter and make sure it's the right file type... i.e. mpg, avi.... etc..
