. im sorry you feel like that. i originally came here as a hopeful, then realized i didnt want my future kids to see their mom naked on the internet. then i stayed just to use up my year membership. then i ended up staying because of the groups and people. if you leave, that'd be too bad, because i think there are a lot of decent people on here, and even if i relate to them in the smallest part, its worth it to me.

How can you expect people to care about you when you don't reciprocate? It's a two-way street, you know.

Seriously, though, MisterSanta's right. There are a lot of interesting and friendly people around here, and most know what it's like to be excluded from something at one time or another, but that doesn't mean they get all bouncy and excited by new people. It's precisely because of that that we tend to be picky about who we associate with. It's a trust thing. The irony is, if you want to be taken seriously here, you have to not take yourself seriously. People who can laugh at themselves are much easier to trust than those who can't.
