Uurrgh. I've had 4 hours sleep, worked a 12 hour day, and feel knackered.

As some of you know, I am studying Roman History right now, and an essay on Roman Britain was due. 2000 words. Aaargh. I am not the world's most enthusiastic essay writer. At least 2 hours of internet procrastination are needed after every coffee break,. Finally the bugger was ready at 1.15am. Went to bed, finally nodded off, to be woken bright and early by an insistent Daffodil demanding Morning Hugs.

A whole day of teaching later, I came home, but still no respite, no way, because a musician I sometimes work with was popping round with her new songs. She's a real sweetheart actually, and writes wonderful stuff, I just help her tidy up the English and find the right words to express what she wants to say.

Now the day is over, I just want to lie in a nice warm tub of water and not think about Roman legionaries or the destruction of Verulamium or the head of Antenociticus for a while.
