So what new with me? Lots and lots of scrabble. I found facebook's true value.

I've been doing a lot of sleeping lately. I'm actually on a normal sleep schedule. I doubt it will last too long.

The whole train thing caused a bunch of awkward moments for my mom and me. We were haunted by trains. I put the TV on and the Fugitive was on right at the part where he is escaping and the train is chasing him. Then I was flipping through the guide and two of the shows I looked at, the info had trains involved. Finally we settled on Law and Order SVU. Fucking pedophile got cut in half by a train ... haha

Ever notice how some songs can become super awkward in certain circumstances? Like Like O, Like H by Tegan & Sara.. the chorus saying "SOS to my mother" just seemed inappropriate on the drive home from the hospital with my mom and then I had Thrash Unreal by Against Me on. Also bad. With my brother in rehab, "No mother ever dreams that her daughters going to grow up to be a junkie" was also not quite appropriate.

Today my teacher told me she thought I was one of the best students here. She made me feel really special. It was nice especially coming from her because she is one of the best teachers I've had here.

Speaking of work... I got my old job back at Barnes & Noble so I will be in the Philadelphia area for almost 3 weeks during winter break
