Why did Phoenix stand around like a zombie during the battle scene?
What did she do with Cyclops?
Has Magneto lost his power forever?
And what about Mystique?(the basterd just left her hanggin)
It was nice to see Dr. Moira MacTaggert.
How's her son Proteus doin I wonder
Is this cure permanent? hhmmmm.
Soo many questions.
It was good to see Beast kickin ass.
And Angel was o.k. too.
Overall I'm not sure if I like this one better than the last.
Ya know what reeeeeeally pisses me off about the entire series is those's CRAPPY ASS COSTUMES, I HATE'EM

That was the best costume design they could come up with, those ugly black rubber suits?

This was definantly the Hollywood version of the DarkPhoenix saga.
Which of course doesn't come remotely close to being as good as the comic book version.
But that's Hollywood for ya, nine time's out of ten they take a good thing be it novel or comicbook and turn it into crap.
Too much Hollywood and not enough Marvel.

I just read on Yahoo that XMen3 made $107million in it's three day opening.
That's the largest ever for a MemorialDay weekend and the fourth biggest in box office history.
Previous three day Memorial Day record was The Lost World Jurassic Park $72million.
This is the biggest movie Halle Berry has ever been in.
I bet there all thrilled to be in this one.
They should make another one, there's just waaaay too many loose ends in this movie.
One things for sure they're laughin all the way to the bank right now.

Halle Berry won that Oscar for her performance in Monster's Ball.
And what a performance!!!
I don't know if you've ever seen it but let me tell ya I think they gave her that Oscar for her performance with Billy Bob Thornton....it was pure PORN!!
The sex scene at the end of the movie was amazing, I think they were really doin it.
If you've never seen it you should check it out.
And keep in mind, that was Halle Berry's Oscar winning performance.

You're right money does talk and considering how much money they (Hollywood) lost last year because no one was going to see the crap they were puttin out last year they should think very carefully about making another Xmen.
And be smart about the script.
If they think they can just put any SuperHero movie and we'll go see it...they are wrong.
For every Spiderman,Xmen or Batman Begins movie there's CRAP like.
Electra, Blade3, The Hulk, Aeon Flux.
I think Xmen did so well because there was nothing else out there to see and it was a three day weekend and for the past two years I think, nothing good has been at the theaters on a three day weekend.

Everyone I know who read The Davinci Code hated it..and I heard nothing but bad reviews about the movie.
It's making money on the religious controversy factor....people are curious about all the hype.
The church is protesting it which is only helping the box office.....controversy sale's better than no controversy...especially religious controversy.

Superman might be good.
Bryan Singer is directing it, he directed Xmen 1&2 so it might be good.
I kinda like the Fantastic Four...the Dr.Doom character was crap...they didn't really know what to do with him.
I liked it alot better than Electra.
Do you know that Frank Miller has not seen DareDevil or Electra to this day?
He absolutely hates Hollywood and what they did to his DareDevil story and his character Electra.
He refuses to have anything to do with any of it which is why Robert Rodriguez had such a hard time trying to convence him to do the SinCity movie.
Think about it.
When Electra first appeared she was the most brutal and deadlyest killer most of us who read comics had ever seen...she was murdering people left and right without a second thought.
She'd kill ya as soon as look at ya.
Frank Miller said he wanted to create a girl friend for DareDevil that could kick his ass.
He also said that Electra was all bad and resented Marvel trying to make her a good guy.
And in the movie DareDevil all she did was do a lil dance with Ben Afflect in a park, punch a few sandbags and show up in time to get killed.
And Electra the movie was even worse.
Jennifer Garner did better fight scene's in her t.v. show.
the story sucked.
Why don't Hollywood for once try and make a movie like it is in the comic book?
It's what Robert Rodriguez did and look how well SinCity turned out.
