I pulled a 100% on my third midterm in process engineering. That really helped pull the grade up, as did a low A on my big-ass term paper. Pretty happy with that. Still shitting tacks waiting on the Physics grades. Shitpoo.
Bottled about 6.265 gallons of nut brown today in a record two hours. Go me. Next I bottle the infamous Twinkibrau. Probably during the week as I plan to brew an Altbier tomorrow. It was going to be a California Common, but I tried out a new base malt called Global Kolsch. It ended up being about twice the lovibond rating as a marris otter type, so my final SRM is a little too high for the style. Hence, an Altbier. I need to still decide on my second brew for the week.

After the bottling I delivered some blood orange mead to the proprietors of Block 15 as promised. The brewmaster gave a talk at OSU and I'm hoping to grease the wheels for an internship or summer work. Never hurts.
