I went to Barnes and Noble yesterday like a good little consumer. I usually stop there once a month as they often red tag stuff for giveaway prices. That said I found this cookbook marked down to $4.99. Sure it's in relation to AB, but I can replace that in the recipes with a good beer. Problem solved. I leafed through it and I saw at least three interesting recipes. I consider a cookbook worthwhile if it has just one so this one was a steal.

This was full price however. No problem though as nearly a thousand pages of Lovecraft goodness is worth the splurge. I hope to find more Ambrose Bierce in the future as he is another favorite.

I realized sometimes when dumb people do dumb stuff it's not because they're dumb, it's because they don't know that they're dumb. When they realize they're dumb they'll stop being dumb. Unless of course the actual cause of the aforementioned dumb was indeed the dumb and not the failure to realize the dumb. Or something.
