Soon I'll be on the coast. I miss the ocean like mad. I miss being around a big body of water like crazy.

I haven't been home in 2 years, excited/nervous to be home. My parents and I haven't ever had a great relationship. For some shit ass reason my crazy aunt from Colorado Springs is going to be visiting my parents at the same time I am. Kind of a bummer.

I'm excited to sneak attack some of my friends who don't know I'll be home. Thank god for hardcore bringing people together.

I hardly got any sleep last night. I am always a little nervous the night before flying. I'm not nervous about flying, so I confuse myself.

I went tubing on a river last weekend. Despite fashioning myself as an aquatic animal, I smashed my upper back and lower back within 30 seconds of floating. Turns out I am more of a dolphin and less of a trout. I need me some deep water. Lower back is still tender, but working through it.


Due to a death in my other half's family it is looking like my dog is going to have to be boarded for a few days while I'm gone. It fucking breaks my heart. We just got her and I don't want to put her in a kennel.
