I'm heartened to see your forthright about what's gone on, and seem intent on owning up to it and working on sorting it out. As I said to your wife, I wish you both the best of luck!, and think you have a good shot, if your both willing to work on it. Reconciliation takes a lot more than forgiveness. Forgiveness by itself doesn't solve problems - and in the end may not bring you to the place your expecting. Someday, hopefully she'll be able to forgive you. Someday, you'll have to forgive yourself as well.

Sorry for butting my nose in - it's sort of a public place to have this come up, with both of you members. And it just breaks my heart to see people who love eachother in such painful conflict.

First of all, happy birthday! Second, you have a lot of hard work ahead of you, I wish you luck. I am going through it, and you don'twant to, believe me.
