Confided in a supervisor at work last night. After my discussion with him, I decided to tell someone at work that we can't continue our relationship. No smoke breaks, no email, no calls, no dinners, no friends houses on breaks, etc...I still have some work to do. We've tried this before and it never sticks. I'm going to have distance myself from our mutual friends and co-workers for a while. I'll have to cut out some of the invites i get to shit. I must do this. I have to really want to do this.

I can't believe it took me so long to realize what pain it was causing all of us. And if it didn't stop it could, no, would eventually end in disaster.

Had a long talk with the wife this morning about it and all of the shit that hasn't been dealt with or that we've been avoiding for a couple weeks. It was a start. Have a long way to go. We are truly in the end game and it's scary as hell (crying as I write this).
