HEAD INJURY UPDATE!

alrighty... got my appointment for the neuro surgeon pushed forward to today...

im allowed to go back to work... but im not supposed to drive due to possible random seizures... but im going to limit my driving to just work... and see how it goes... lol

i have a few restrictions and i hope my shitty store manager can understand that they are going to have to bear with me..

dr wanted me to stay out of work for at least another month... but i talked him into it... so im doing my work a favor!

the circled dark spots are the leftover marks from the bruises... apparently now that part of my brain is dead... but fortunatly its not an important part of the brain... except for the bottom of the bruise affected my sense of smell... thus making things taste differently... he said it could be worse... i could taste nothing... so im fortunate... and he said it should start to level off with time...

but for now... everything taste sweeter... which would appear to be a good thing... but cheddar and ranch and stuff taste like lemony... not cool in my opinion

either way... i was told AGAIN how fortunate i was... he told me the original scans were much more messed up but he didnt have those to give to me...

headaches... lost all my vacation and sick time... possibly not paid for the last couple weeks... fucked up senses... and a long boring ass month...

not bad

oh and he told me loss of brain cells is like an accumulative kinda thing... and getting jacked with a metal pipe lost quite a bit... just those bruises was quite a bit...

i was told to cut back on hitting my head... drinking... and any other random drug usage lol
