i feel like this website is too big for me to fit in anywhere anymore. i am having the hardest time making friends again. at one point i think i was up to like 50 or something, and kept in touch with probably 20 of them on a regular basis. i wrote a journal entry last night and i'm not sure anyone even read it...

so what's the point?

i just feel like SG has lost its community appeal since it became so large.
i'm just another number... er, random screenname
what i say here doesn't mean anything

what i need to do is make waves... take some hot photos and get FAMOUS biggrin

i have two friends who want me to shoot sets for them
it's just a matter of having my own camera
and gathering time to plan out the set with them
then shoot it and edit it down and retouch it

you should be seeing some wonderful things coming from me in the not-too-distant future
so watch out SG, here i come!!

Yeah, it's funny, I've been a members since (basically) when the site launched... and I can tell you, it has *definitely* changed. But I also think that there are still elements of the old community feeling around, like in some groups, etc.

Don't get so hung up on the number of friends... having 50 "friends" but only regularly keeping up with 20 means you really only have 20 friends anyway. So why not have fewer friends, who are much cooler? smile

But I still can't wait to see some sets that you shoot! I'm sure they will *rock*... kiss
