The beauteous ElleBelle reminded me that in my previous incarnation round these parts, I pulled a tarot card a day and described its meaning. I had forgotten about that. I think it's time to reinstitute that little ritual. So - here we go!!
The deck I'll be using this week is the Deva Tarot. I really like this deck, but the cards are just a little too large and the paper a little too thick for me to handle comfortably. It's really hard to shuffle the darn things. But it's a cool deck, a bit off the beaten path (it has an extra suit, Triax, representing Spirit). Today's card is:
8 of Swords (inverted). The causes of the problems, fights and unhappiness are becoming obscured by the mere fact of the fighting itself. Step back, cool down and identify what the argument is all about. Address the real issue.
Sounds like good advice to me! Gotta go get ready for work.

Yeah that house... It was a bit smaller than we'd like so, we declined. It was a shame. The garden was just incredible, the yard was old and overgrown just like we want, the garage was great and I saw myself wasting a lot of time in there.
But, it just wasn't there.
You'd think we were buying this place as picky as we're being.
